Dusty what shops did you hit on your shopping for DS2? I've been looking at My DS2 and noticed his tops are a long way short of his wrists! DS1 is ok because he gets alot from his cousin. They are the same shape but cousin is 3 inches taller at 6' 5.
DS3 scored the only goal today for his team. Pity the other team got 2.
Get well wishes for all the poorlies!0 -
It all got RATHER chaotic in Villa Valli, what with the WM dying but thie nice man fixed it (emptying my purse in the process - sigh) and I managed to do a clean yesterday. The oven is sulking - it knows it's days are numbered so it is suiting itself as to how hot it gets.:rotfl:
I have also cleared a cabinet and got £16 and excellent feedback and am listing more bits daily.
The handbag I bought for my friend wedding has sold - only used it that once; won't use it again. Outfit to list yet;)
Oh and I have VANDALIZED MY FREEZER - WITH MY NEW SHARPIE. Bought mousses and the Vallikids have been helping themselves as they are wont to do and you know that old joke - when is a door not a door? When it's ajar ...well ajar it was. Now has SHUT THIS DOOR written on it!
I will now have to defrost the fluffing thing before the kitchen refit - a job I had planned to leave;)
andyway - 1 box of pots packed away. Bubblewrap being collected every time I go near a shop and I plan to get pots packed away biit by bit, leaving us with the bare minumum until after the refit.

Matalan I find good for DS2 (and sometime DS3). The other shop I don't know the name of (in another town) I'll look out the receipt. Debenhams I find best for DS1 as he tends to dress like a golfer most of the time which is great as it fits sixth form dress code. Also ASDA/Tesco for all 3 of them for odd bits and TKMaxx mainly for DS1 and DS2 HTH
Found loads of stuff in the loft for DS3:D and a pair of sports joggers for DS2 so immediate crisis over. Need to buy more boxers for all 3 and then to concentrate on me next.
Bathroom floor washed
Bedroom floor hoovered

OK....so today didn't go quite as planned.....
As i was stripping the kids beds i thought while i am at it i will have a quick tidy up......well 2 hours later and i was still at it, filled a bin bag full of toot that was under their beds, sorted out all of their toys all neatly, rearranged their wardrobe and hung loads of clothes up, hoovered the matteresses and under the beds and the rest of the floor, cleaned the windowsills, you name it i did it, it is now spotless in there and looks really nicei dare say though it wont stay like that for long:mad:. So after my good efforts i thought, " why stop at the kids room" so i did the landing and hoovered under my bed and all the carpets, cleaned the bedroom up ( never that untidy or dirty anyway as i couldnt sleep in a hovel :rotfl:) put clothes away, cleaned the toilet so all in all upstairs is pretty neat and tidy.
So tomorrow is the day i shall tackle my kitchen thought to be fair its not that bad its just the pantry and a few cupboards that need sorting the rest is just a bit untidy ( in the process of being decorated and retiled). So just thought i will share that with you, oh and also at night time before bed i am going to load my wm up with clothes, put in the powder and fabric softner and then just leave it, so first thing in the morning i can just turn it on before kids go school and it saves me having to do it while trying to get ready on when i get home when if i had turned it on before i went out it will be nearly ready to go on the line, and as this weeks weather is going to be warmer than it has been i want to make the most of my line and try and save on the electric!:rotfl:Raven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0 -
