  • I ordered in November for christmas... I haven't had an email reply since mid december, they wont answer the phone and I'm throughly cheesed off. It is now April and my children's feet have grown... surprise!

    Has anybody had any joy at all getting a reply or shoes???
  • I really wish I would have done my research first and not ordered some trainers!!! I haven't ordered through Groupon, just straight from the website. I only ordered mine on 22/3/12, and according to their website it will be a possible delay of 4-6 weeks, but from the sounds of everyones comments I maybe lucky to get them before July! And here I thought about setting up my own store with them...... Erm may re-think this. I did send an email today asking for a tracking order for my order, but obviously haven't heard.
  • Hi, got my boots yesterday, were ordred on the 8th December!!! Not communication, resorted to threatening to involve paypay. Brilliant quality boots though, good price

    I havent had any replies to my e.mail, I am still hoping that they will arrive, or one upset daughter :( I ordered in mid feb so was expecting to wait around 6 weeks
    if they are crazy with orders just a polite e mail letting us all know would be good

    Hi, I've had a VERY similar problem to everyone else on here - I used a Groupon voucher given to me as a Christmas present to order a pair of personalised trainers on 11th February 2012.

    Numerous phone calls and emails to MES Footwork have yielded only 1 email reply on 5th April 2012 - containing an apology from a "Liz" promising to resolve the communication problems and provide me with a "target delivery date" ASAP........needless to say I'm still waiting.

    I concurrently contacted Groupon who did reply asking me to "read through the fine print of the voucher carefully" and to contact MES directly if I have a problem! A basic, standard reply from a company who doesn't give a care if ever I've read one!

    I've been banging my head against a brick wall with this and just want my trainers.

    Is there any way the Groupon Administrator on here can help chase this for me once and for all???

    Got my Groupon money back...now just need to pursue MES via my credit card company.

    I'd seriously give up all hope ofgetting the shoes...I eventually got my money back from Groupon after I emailed them several times stating I still had no response from MES and that they seemed to be dealing with fraudulent retailers. They eventually offered me a refund and I can confirm it's gone back onto my card.
