A large tub of plain yogurt, soft fruit, a little honey for sweetness and maybe a tiny bit of orange juice if it is too stiff. just whizz up and cool in fridge.

    Hi ellieo,

There's a thread with lots of tips and recipes for making smoothies that should help so I've added your post to it.

I love to have a smoothie made from the juice of two oranges, a couple of strawberries and a banana. My daughter loves this as well and it is great way of getting her to eat fruit.

This thread has inspired me to get a smoothie maker but which one is best?
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

My wife has been making juices with ripened fruit and vegetables for some time but would like to 'get-into' Smoothies.
Although she has some advice via Google, she has been unable to find any library books on the subject so wonder if anyone can offer any advice on the subject PLEASE.
  • We have a whole thread of smootie recipes ;) so I'll add your question and you can have a good browse :D
