In this case it can be reasonably foreseen that naturally-grown products will have insects in them and while the company producing the goods will have systems to remove foreign bodies they are not infallible and a court is VERY unlikely to find in the favour of the consumer in this (or similar) case.

My son is doing Law A Level and he could explain this case, and how the snail got into the bottle, to his class in his first Law Lesson - but that's because he learned it at his mother's knee :rotfl:
