Yes they have starry. They used a pen (of all things) to put between my two toes and pulled the little one back straight. That hurt just a bit!!!!

Its strapped up now and has to be for the next 6 to 8 weeks. Have to say that stubbing your toe in general has got to be one of the worst. it always hurts so much (and thats without breaking it).

Do you have any problems with your toe now at all?

Not really, it's never healed properly (I can bend it at a very odd angle now) but I don't get any pain from it or anything.

Mine was always at an odd angle anyway but after today who knows where I'll be able to point it.
  • Thanks for all the 'peeling polish' advice!

I put coat 2 of the nailtiques on last night and it hasn't peeled at all today. I've just got back from swimming, so will go and scrub my fingers with soap and let them dry to make sure there's no chlorine left before I put todays coat on.

Thanks for all the advice on how to prevent my polish from peeling off and removing glitter. Thanks also to those who posted that it happens to them too, it's good to know its not just me. Although I've been washing my hands and wiping nails with nail polish remover I've checked the remover and it has conditioners in it, so I was adding oil back onto the nail. I've got a mini OPI remover and that doesn't seem to have conditioners so will try that and buffing nails. The peeling polish seems to be only on my right (dominant) hand, at least it was on the last two occasions, and oddly it doesn't peel straight away but on day two or three.
