I've taken my yellow off now. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it but there's only so much pastel I can stomach. This is much more me, Leighton Denny Your Planet Or Mine...

  • My yellow is coming off tomorrow. Got a seminar in London to go to Friday so I need to tone it down a little!! Will probably have to go with a light pink or something. *sigh* that will get boring quickly!!!

Got my feet all moisturised cos they were really dry, last night I was finally happy that it was worth painting my tootsies then this morning I walk into the blooming sofa. Got a black bruise on 1 of my toe's:eek: husband doesn't think it's broke as I can still walk. (didn't tell him I was worried the naproxen painkillers I'm on probably took the edge of the pain).
    Booo!!!

First attempt at doing a gradient. Problem a bit too much glitter (but the damn stuff wouldn't come out the pot so got a bit angry with it), and the dark blue is a probably a bit too defined but its OK i hope.

Ladies wee q ... Been using the nailtiques for a wee while now ... At first it seemed ok nice and thick and very shiny ... I liked it

Now i am finding that it seems to be making my skin under the nail ( nail bed?) Sore and sensitive

It only happened on one finger to begin with so i didnt really connect the nailtiques to the pain ( just thought i had banged my nail and couldnt remember) but then it started on a second one then a third and it seemed really intense senseitivity when i first put the nailtiques on ... Slowly over time calming down

I'm alsop finding itthe nailtiques is peeling off after a few hours ... At first i could put a coat on every day for 6 days the clean it all off and start again ... Now it isnt lasting a day and it's peeling away by itself

My nails are still peeling have had to cut them right back . I'm oiling everyday still ( this feels ok ... No pain etc)

    Anyone got any advice ?

It sounds like you might be sensitive to something in the Nailtiques. Either that or its the oil that's causing the proble,m, which seems unlikely. I'd try leaving the Nailtiques off for a few days and see if it settles down, then put it on again and see if it's sore again.

You did buy Formula 2 by the way? Not Formula 2+?

Yep formula 2 ... I dont oil my nails at the same time as putting the nailtiques on so it's doubtful it's the oil ( although anything is poss)

Can someone tell me how to do something so my pictures are large anough to see?
I mean what's the point of nail !!!!!! when its this size?
    7490493362_aa480a86bb_m.jpg

OK now I'm really confused. Why is this picture this size but the ones above of my yellow nails are weeny when I did the same thing?

Sorry for all the editing and changing I've been experimenting and I think I understand - when I paste in a picture from the flickr group its tiny because its tiny on the screen. Am I right that the size here reflects the size it looks in flickr?

    I've been Money Tipped!
I had a nice surprise this morning ( not my Avon win yet) but a free Ciat! ltd edition caviar(Selfridges Jubilee) to review as I'm a Bullring Style VIP. I just have to feedback to them & blurb on FB & twitter about it. I'll probably do it tomorrow & put a piccy on my Pinterest as well.
