Mine did that last night, I think I didn't allow enough time between coats.

Mine seem to do it every time I paint them. I don't understand though because I left each coat to dry for 5-10mins :(

    I've been Money Tipped!
Seche Vite really stops the smudging - dries hard as; well, nails in seconds! Best topcoat ever aprt from the odd shrinkage problem.
For a rubber polish - have you tried vinyl?
    I've got this one; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Orly-Viridian-Vinyl-Nail-Polish-Nail-Lacquer-/200623203149?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eb613234d
Absolutely gorgeous finish; just like lino on my nails - LOL

The Barry M Colour Change in Pink - I just splodged on topcoat at random to see the effect - might be fun but won't last as you cant see the change without topcoat unless I just do tips.

Pirouette My Whistle is so pretty. I painted my nails earlier with Mavala The Elle Grey (a freebie from Elle mag) and it looked just meh. Have put a couple of coats of Pirouette on top and it's now lush. Have fun.

I'm on the look out of the Minnie Mouse collection.

And me, I REALLY want one of those ones with the pink hearts in them... Infact. I have been harassing OPI on twitter about it. :) No harm in asking is there.

    Well, updates.

    My nail mail today...

They were brought from USA and I paid £40 for the lot, quite impressive when the Gelish are £13 each here.

    Also,

My puppy Dobby. I love him so. But my nails have had to go on the back burner because he wants to be fussed.

Anyway girls. I have a suggestion. I have fallen in love with Whimsical nail varnishes. But the lady who makes them doesn't send them out of the states. However, I was going to suggest if we did a group purchase if she would consider it.

Would anyone else be into joining forces with me?

Here is a pic of the polishes....

I imagine they are going to be around the £10.50 each including postage to the UK, and then postage on to each of us ( recorded delivery)

I have two 12 week old kittens and an elderly dog... never a moment's peace!

I got my free Avon nail polish through! It's called Cosmic Blue and it's right up my street. It's the darker of the two blues in the catalogue picture.

I'd have been perfectly happy with the yellow though, that looks lush!

Has anyone else got theirs yet? What did you get?

I'm not sure whether they didn't send mine, it got lost in the post or is just being slow! Still haven't got it.

Woo hoo, my leighton Denny nail file arrived yesterday along with a Barry M magnetic varnish and Seche Vite top coat. You guys rock! The nail file really is THAT good, I was raving about it last night when I was out with my friends.
I used the Barry M nail varnish, much better than the China Glaze I won, the lines come up straight away and are really distinct whereas the China Glaze one wasn't as obvious, maybe the Barry M magnet is better, which surprised me as the reviews I've read say China Glaze is great. Looks like once again (for me anyway) cheaper is better! I put the seche vite on top, and unusually for me after a night out, my nails look as good now as they did last night when I'd just done them.

Thank you thank you to everyone who recommended the file and top coat.
