Can I just ask you this: when I attend my Liverpool interview for the AA, I was asked just two questions. Were you too?

Since then, I have been waiting for a post to be offered, as the checks are all clear. When I rang up HR this week, I was told I had scored 9. However, as I say, I am still waiting for a post to be offered.

I am on the Liverpool reserve list for Admin Assistant, having scored 9 in my two interview questions. I thought the list only ran for six months. Is it really twelve now?

I am still on the list for the Livepool AA vacancies. Rang HR up in the week and was told that I scored 9 in the two interview questions I had. Still don't know when I will be offered a post. Was told also that Liverpool have took all the twilight workers on.

I finally got word from HMRC today regarding the AA vacancies in Liverpool. Unfortunately, they said they couldn't offer me a post now, as other candidates scored higher than me. However, they are keeping my name on a reserve list for four months in the event of any more vacancies arising in the future.

Did anybody else get a similar email?

yep got the same mail or should we say snail mail its been that long !
if the hmrc were private sector they would have gone to the wall a long time ago !

Hi Mike. Thanks for your reply. Sorry to hear that you did not get offered a post right away either. Hopefully, though, something will arise within the four months we are on the list for, although I am not sure from exactly which date does this four month period begin (had my interview way back in December and was passed at the beginning of this year).

Do you think that they took into account what we scored in the online tests as well as what we scored at interview? I only had two questions, but they said others scored higher than me. This makes me wonder if the the online scores were added on to the interview marks for the reserve list rankings.
