It was a standard CRB. An enhanced CRB would provide exactly the same info. (in my case)0

I suppose you can ask WHY they withdraw their conditional offer but I am not sure if they are obliged to tell you why.

hi huys whats going on anyheard anything its been a month since i got the conditional offer and sent the health form. anyone else heard form preston aa or ao thanks0

I've still not heard anything at all. I even emailed them about 3-4 weeks ago to see when I would find out and they said they were going to tell me two weeks ago.
Bit disappointed to be honest because I did everything I've done for all my other successful civil service applications/interviews and got 70% better than other people in the online test.0 -

Hi,
my partner is the same, performed 90% better in the AA sift and 80% better in the AO sift, thought the interview went well - the best it could have gone and hasn't heard a thing whatsoever. Weird considering the number of positions on offer.0 -
It is strange. Especially when your partner's score are very high too.
I wonder what's going on here because I felt the interview went well too. I even got told that I gave good answers.0 -
Just on the hmrc site, I didn't score high enough for the 12 month contract. Hopefully see you there if I get the confirmed offer.
Should have looked there first really! I got all 5's for the interview bit nd then for the initial test it said: 'scored better than 94% of people who have previously taken this test' whatever that means.
Just getting nervous now, although this time next week the 1st day will be done
Hope you get your date soon!0 -

I've had an interview on the 19th January and have received some feedback.
I would really like to know if anybody else who has applied has heard yet if they have the job? because the waiting is killing me lol.
Also, does anybody know what the interview is marked out of for HMRC jobs?
What's puzzling me is the fact that, even though my CRB has now been returned to both myself and my prospective employer, I still haven't had a definite start date. I chased this CRB business up with the employer, but they told me they were still waiting for it to be returned, even though it appears to have been returned two weeks ago.0
