Same here Lizzy. Would just rather know either way to be honest.

Waiting to hear back from CRB customer service dept to see if my CRB cert has been issued and sent to my old address. Only just moved, but looks like they didn't see my updated address in time.

Just to let people know if you applied for Washington you should all be hearing back soon. This morning I recieved and email offering a conditional offer and so long as my references go ok i'll be officially offered the job!
They also said that for the washington post the hours will be going up from 20 to 22, adding an extra half hour to start times (meaning you would start your shift at 4.30 and finish at 9). But if this is a problem you can get in touch and just work the 20 as stated.
I was also told that my start date will be 4th March.
A friend who already works at the company has told me there will be 3 intakes from 4th March to 18th March.
Not sure what is happening for Preston but like I say if youve applied for Washington you should all be hearing back soon!
    Good luck everyone!!

How long ago did they request your references?

And also did they say if the training was on the day or on the night ? Thanks

They sent the email last night asking for references and to fill in a health declaration form. But I received my conditional offer this morning before I had sent them my references and stuff. As far as I know they have not been contacted yet.

Nothing has been mentioned about training but I have wondered about this as well. If I hear anything ill post here about it.

Thanks. On the Health form it asks for a candidate number, did you fill it in and if so where did you find it ?

No, no candidate number, all your details (like name and job vacancy code etc.) were already on the form, it was sent as an attachment on an email. You just needed to fill in any absences you've had in past 2 years and why, if your on any medications, if anything can prevent you from work and your GPs details. Just basic stuff like that.

For those that have been asked for references, am I right in thinking you're not supposed to use previous (or present) employers as referees?

That's what I've been told; Can anyone confirm this?

@Guest24 - Did you get any feedback scores for the interview yet?
