I think OH is watching footie tonight so that'll give me a good reason not to lounge in front of the box and actually get something done!

    Afternoon all

Gee it's so cold. No flying achieved yet other than washing up. I have:

    Done a food shop
    Returned library books
Put shopping away and had lunch

I went to the jewellers and they quoted £190 to reset my diamond that fell out of my engagement ring - I wasn't expecting it to cost so much so am going to try another jewellers in another town to get a comparison.

I'm going to do HH in DS2's room as I changed his bedding yesterday and that will be at least one of the boys rooms done.

Has anybody got a good tip for removing black mould from the corners of ceilings above the windows? I've tried mould remover, bleach and various other household cleaners and have got 50% off but struggling with the last bit. The house never used to get it before we had the cavities filled but now it seems to be spreading!

Have you tried this. I find it brilliant. Lakeland used to sell it but so do our Homebase DIY store for less.

You need to address the problem though which is probably lack of ventilation which has been highlighted by your cwi. Do you open your windows every day? Which rooms is it occuring? Are you getting condensation on your winodws/walls?

I'm bored now of flinging. Have another 3 bags for the air ambulance/charity shop and DH keeps disappearing as he has little jobs to do! Yeah right! We still have stuff to sort out and as its our bedroom not mine he should help too. And somewhere in there Ive lost a roll of binbags, they have just disappeared overnight.

I'll need to look at the weather forecast now too, I thought we were only getting one hit of the white stuff.

Ok cuppas sunk so I better get on
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    Afternoon all

I've done all the bedrooms today, even got some bedding out on the line for a few hours. Got in back in now though and it's nearly dry. So cold today.

    Also vacuumed through downstairs.

Went on a bit longer walk today, it was OK going one way but going round the corner the wind made my eyes and nose water!
