Hi Snow
The DHL man has just left my house :j
Thanks for your help.

I'm still waiting for a refund for the two parcels that weren't picked up last week (over £50 for postage), anyone have experience of Kevin refunding promptly?
I have provided him with the paypal transactions a week ago to make it easier but nothing.0 -
Well, it looks like i will have to open a dispute for both transactions. I will wait until tomorrow night just in case he gets on top of his workload over the weekend. I really didn't want it to get to this. Oh well..... definitely won't be using Selective again.0

Hi Kaminari
There's a phone number on the link posted in Jakejakejake's thread which details different courier services.

It might be worth a phone call.

Thanks FFM!
I used Pharos in the end. Not too much more expensive than Selective.
I have been refunded and a sorry email after sending a reminder this morning.
I don't think the poor service is intentional i just think by having such cheap prices the business has been inundated with orders and it has been next to impossible to keep on top of it all. That coupled with parcelforce stuffing Kevin around and having to source another carrier.
Oh well....0 -
glad you eventually got sorted.....0

Thanks Kaminari, Sorry for the delay in your refund, i have checked your booking and amazingly it was booked six times with DHL. I have managed to secure a contract with Parcelline so hopefully that would improve alot of things.
Just for everyones information here is our customer services number 0870 895 8660.

Hi, thanks for the phone number and for returning here to explain things.
It's been 'weird' with the collections, there will be nothing for 2/3 days, the collections are rebooked and then on the last day the DHL/ParcelForce man turns up and has a list for 2/3 parcels (probably because of the rebookings).
Do I gather from your post above that you are now moving away from DHL and on to Parceline?

payperdrop and selective seem the cheapest the other two who were cheaper are not available as stated above, although selective has put his price up a little. I am about to post a 6kg printer. who should I use selective or payperdrop, I may need more than one delivery incase the purchaser is not home. Who is the the recommended?0
