If they aren't picked up today i am going to rebook them with someone else and take the postage hit as this is already going to look like bad customer service on my part.
I'll PM it to you, but he'll just tell you to rebook it online. I would suggest doing that rather than losing out on the cash.
You have to put a via on his address, and the international address on the packet, if you don't have these reply to the PM with your email and I will forward it on.0 -
I have them all address properly, to his address first and then the international address. I was told by him in an email on two consecutive days that they have been rebooked (I didn't have all the details at work with me) but still no turn up.
I have booked with another courier for tomorrow because i just can't wait any longer. I have asked for a refund and will give him a few days to do that. I can open a dispute on Saturday. Thanks for the number but i don't need it now.0 -
I have to say I've used Selective 2007 a few times now, just for UK deliverys and have never had a problem, but another site i use has had several reports from different ppl where they have had huge problems with non-collection and very poor customer service - these ppl are also switching to other couriers now, I will continue to use Kevin until he lets me down (and touch wood he won't), but I fear he is going to start losing a lot of custom in the next few weeks if things don't improve with him.0

I think he might be taking on more than he can handle. Losing a few customers might be a good thing for those that stick with him.0

just made me tickle, was just having a read through his FB as i had to leave some for him, someone said he was a little company (or words to that affect) to which Kevin replied 5000 parcels a day - little on the high side I think given that his FB is less than 3000 (either that or there are an awful lot of ppl that don't want to leave FB for him!!)0

he may deal outside ebay etc, but I still feel 5000 a DAY is a little optimistic.!0

I have used these a few times, a few of them have been ok but a few havent. The last time I used them I had a book I sold on ebay going to switzerland. It was meant to be collected from me between xmas and new year, they didnt collect, arranged re collection on 2nd Jan and was collected. To cut an extremely long story short, this parcel was bounced back and forth for weeks on end my tracking with parcelforce spread over two pages!!!, I had very little support from Kevin and a very angry ebayer threatening to report me to ebay!!! It was eventually delivered last week!!!!0

Hi Guys, Love to Read Your feedback on my services, But im not here to plug, but just would like to clariy a few things!
Over the past fortnight its been my busiest ever, and to be honest it was too much to handle. Two major ebay couriers were stopped by Parcelforce to trade there services and we changed couriers to DHL. With the other two companies ceasing trading, I was lumbered with all the extra work which put alot of strain on me and my business. My drivers (who cover the lancs, lincs and yorks) regions were working alot of hours and I was dealing with around 800 emails a day which was a struggle, but to top it off the DHL Email Booking centre couldn't handle all my bookings and were taking upto 48hrs to process them onto depots. just thought i'd explain.
Also, i have had alot of people moan me saying its not DHLs fault because they can handles PAYPERDROP and INTERPARCELS work fine. Thats could be the case, but im not sure how many of you know, but there is actually two DHl networks in the UK, I use the Blue network which has entirely different drivers and vans then the Red betwork which interparcel and payperdrop use, so there processing is done in london. The reason why i never chose the red network is because they couldn't give me a cheap deal so that i could offer you guys a 3.99 service.
Also with regards to the 5000 parcels a day - its actualy about 3000, about 500 -600 through ebay and the rest is direct contracts which my drivers cover. 5000 was abit high but when your stressed you can come out with some random things - lol.
Anyway i'll be back to read your continuos views and im glad my business is starting to get back on track! (alot of long days for me though, finish at 2am back at 8am).
