The nearest town to me (decent size) only has a Cineworld. Odeon closed yonks ago and Vue still a couple of years away from opening (supposedly).

Anything that has come up as a possibility requires a train ride which is no good (I don't drive or have anyone to drive me)

I've noticed my venue doesn't come up often but with so many screenings for this film I thought there would be one there :)

You must be averaging about 2 films a month though, even excluding Sky & Times+ screenings

I mean quite recently you could have seen

    Philomena
    Captain Philips
    Sunshine On Leith
    We're The Millers
    The Heat
    The Big Wedding

and another 1 or 2 if Virgin screenings provide more availability

I wouldn't say that's many compared to the likes of Newcastle screens, or Liverpool screens, and defs not as many as London

Don't forget Manchester and Birmingham, they are rarely missed out.

I don't expect there to be a screening for everything where I live, the town is a decent size but not in the big leagues by any means and there is just the one cinema.
It's just the Mr Banks thing. Preview after preview, through multiple channels/promotions, and not a single one here!

I live in Portsmouth, our Odeon (Port Solent) never has any of the previews but the Vue does.
Othewise we have to travel to Southampton where there is an Odeon and a Cineworld, which is not convenient for us on a week night.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to watch the number of free films that I have, especially the kids ones, as it can be so expensive to go to the cinema as a family. And the kids love being able to say that they've seen the film before anyone else! :j

Belated thanks to all the people that post codes on here :T

Not strictly true - I know I've posted some codes where PORT SOLENT ODEON has been amongst the locations

Thanks to whoever contacted a BG to get rid of the chat. A shame the latest (experienced) member decided to chat in the wrong thread. :(

My count too. I can forgive the newbie who knows no better but others should know comments go on here.

The dilemma is, should Invited Guest codes go on Codes only or not?
They always attract comments but if posted on here, some people might miss out.
