He also states that he has some blurring on one side of the TV that could be an issue but (here I go again) it could also be that he has some other electrical equipment by the side of the TV that may distort the picture after it has been on for a few hours. I had the same problem with a B&O TV that had a small monitor speaker too close and after a few hours one side of the screen looked like a fairground mirror. It could well be that the TV isn't screened as well as it should be therefore it is prone the electrical interference, reflected in the low cost of the TV.
I can't see how blurring of the picture on a flat panel LED TV can be affected by equipment close to it. Gone are the days when you can't place electromagnetic equipment close to old CRT based TV's
Never let it get you down... unless it really is as bad as it seems.

Hmmm...I am not an expert on TV's as it isn't my field of expertise however, any TV can be affected by EMI regardless of whether or not it is solid state or not. Apart from the largest LED TV's all LED TV's are LCD TV's backlit by LED's (less power consumption, brighter picture, thinner size). The young lad on YouTube commented on how thin the TV was, indicating to me that it is indeed a LED backlit LCD TV. I worked for a company years ago manufacturing class A audio equipment (Beard Audio to be precise) and if we were demonstrating a sound system in the demo room we would have to ensure that no other test equipment etc was being used on the ring main as the voltage spikes affected the sound quality of the system. It surprising what other equipment being used on the same ring main or being powered by the same outlet can have an affect on other equipment.

Are you seriously saying that we have all got to stop pointing these inconsistencies and worrying signs out to people, and if we don't stop, it will be our fault if people lose their money?

    Partly...most definitely YES!

I guess there must be some logic somewhere behind that reply, but I can't see what it is.

You seem to think that we should stop pointing out all of the warning signs about this company until you come back and tell us whether you received your nice new TV (which of course you will), and in the meantime other people will get suckered in.

In the small number of days that you have been registered here you have spent an inordinate amount of time making excuses for a company that (if what you have said to date is true) has taken your money and not so far delivered anything to you.

Has anybody thought that with so much bad publicity based on <ridiculous inconsistencies on their own website> could indeed be the cause of Mansion "closing their doors" and disappearing into the ether with not only mine but lots of other people's money?

Please do not misrepresent me by cutting and pasting your own comments into what I have actually said behind your own anonymity...this only adds to your incredibility as being "fair and reasonable".

Up late again I see. Not really a typical time of day to be posting for someone based in the UK.

We are both anonymous here. What point are you trying to make about me being "fair and reasonable"?

OK...so what exactly are you accusing me of?

    Does that help?
