Update: i didn't clean the bathroom last night, instead I had a nice relaxing shower:o

This means I have the following on my list:
    - clean bath, sink and toilet
    - remake bed in the spare room (no kids... yet;)) and
    - HH me time.

Last night, DH mentioned he was going to do some cleaning today (he brought the subject all by himself which is pretty impressive) and I suggested he did some hoovering. So that's sorted without any dramas.

(Moan alert!) DH refuses to clean the kitchen and bathrooms and I find this so frustrating:mad:! I know some men don't help out at all and I don't mean to sound ungrateful for the help... I just feel that the share is very uneven and I don't feel able to tell him at the moment. End of moan. Sorry :o

  • Hello all

Didn't get to post update last night as DD needed laptop for homework then I had an early night.

Did well with study and housework yesterday. The bumpkin teens even joined me, using the battery operated dusters - with changeable attachments - I bought them for Christmas, much to their disgust, their faces were a treat when they opened the boxes :rotfl:

Right. Morning daily-type-things done. I need another coffee then plan to study until lunch.

    Friday - Kids' Bedrooms

    Level One

Strip, wash and remake beds DD'S DONE EARLY IN THE WEEK, DS TO BE DONE THIS AFTERNOON
HH me time OH NO, DO I HAVE TO?? :rotfl:

    Clean a window or 2 I DID 3 YESTERDAY*
Sort a bookcase DID TOP TWO SHELVES OF LR ONE YESTERDAY*

    * Now this is getty spooky, Juliejim must have a spyhole into my house
The day before 'sort a box under the bed' came up on the lists, I had done it the previous day. And yesterday I did some windows and bookcase sorting... and they are on the list today!! The odd thing is all of these activities are rarely done in this house :o so it MUST be juliejim's magic ;)

    Good morning ladies.

Lying low - I'm not well, stomach pain and chucking up bile all night.

I hope your visit to the hygienist isn't too awful Dusty.

Hope you feel better soon and yes it was fine, I explained my sensitivity problem and she slowed the machine down and has painted my lovely clean teeth with thick yellow yunk to help the sensitivity! Looks like I've never cleaned my teeth now:eek:

    Afternoon

Two loads of washing done, including DD1's bedding. Vacuumed through downstairs after S&Sing the kitchen. Remade DD1's bed and sorted out two drawers in her room which I was having trouble closing, not overfull just looked like they'd been beaten up inside!

Flying is suspended today.:( Spent most of the morning with my head down the loo; this afternoon looks like being spent flaked out on the sofa. Gods only know how I shall manage to do Mr LW some dins tonight; and I don't think I'll be eating anything much myself.:(
