Oh, I have had letters from two my creditors issuing default notices, OPUS and also MBNA.
I swear MBNA have already issued me with one..... I'll have to go back and read some of my old posts on here, poor me.
(and poor you lot for kindly reading through all my waffling, rambling pleas for help and advice)
Latest Barclaycard statement also came saying I am severely in arrears & my account is now being handled by Calder Financial Debt Collections Agency.
Strange that as last month it said my account was being handled by Mercers.....
Knowing my luck and the way things are going, I'll have two lots of debt collectors knocking at my door for the same debt...

Default notices now issued by:
RBS on 12th March > £3,849 still owing.
MINT on 6th April 2012 > £6,021 still owing.
OPUS on 30th July > £,1637 still owing.
MBMA on 1st August > £9,143 still owing.
Barclaycard have not issued a default notice yet and weren't happy to accept the offer from CCCS. I still owe them £3,174.
There is also £2,795 still owed to Northern Rock for the loan.
Total still owed = £26,803 with just £630 paid to CCCS:wall:
