Well at least it just isn't myself that this happens to, why call it a visa debit card if you are restricted to where you use it?

Does anyone know if CitiBank are members of the Link network for ATM withdrawals?

There is no Link logo on my Citicard?

    Cheers, Des.

I'd assume so - there's no Link logo on my Lloyds TSB or Bank of Scotland card.

Hi, I have recently returned from visiting family in Toronto, Canada, and New York. I used my Citibank Visa debit card a few times. I bought some clothes from an outlet that didnt have chip and pin-and it worked fine.
I also bought some tickets for a bus and again it worked fine- no chip and pin, I signed for each transaction. Hope info helps, I have card with cheque bit on.-3 in 1?

America and lots of other countries do not use Chip and Pin. I thought it was odd when an earlier poster said that you cannot use a Citibank card to sign as they have to retain this facility incase of overseas travel etc. Just as shops here in the UK will retain an option to sign for overseas visitors.
