paypal do accept the card but you have to make sure you have at least a 1.00 in your account when you do it .also i used to work in a shop an no till will now take a swipe card bu it will not be the same abroad it prob not the card but the till that wont accept it . you muxt be able to use abroad or they wouldnt advise that you can0

Sorry to bring this thread back to the front but just wondered if anyone had the answer to my earlier question.
Can you use your Citibank Visa card abroad if the country you are visiting doesn't have chip and pin?

Totally agree DM , I do think its time to get citi discussions in one place , seems to be more and more citi threads almost daily now , much easier for evryone if q's and a's could be found in one place??
