That sounds very tempting as I'm so tired by the end of the day I often struggle to pull myself together to do listing.
Can someone explain exactly how to do this please.
Do I click the "sell" button as usual, create a listing and then how do I schedule it and more importantly how do I later change it to "immediate"?
I would be really handy for this weekend as I've just taken about 100 pictures of stuff to sell
Ok, I think I've figured out how to do scheduled listing, turns out ebay required me to put credit card on file to be able to do scheduled listings...
I've still got one question though. If I'm preparing listings tonight to start on Sun night knowing in advance it'll be free listing w/end - do I put the starting price I want to put now or start it at £0.99 and then change the price when I'm changing the listing to the immediate start? I just wonder whether I would be charged listing fee if I put the correct starting price right now. Hope it makes sence0 -
_sleepless_ wrote: »Yes create your listing as usual. You are looking for an option near to where you input the start price. It should say start price, under that quantity & duration, a little farther down you see see two options to start listing immediately and schedule start time (6p a listing - will not pay this as you are just 'storing' your listings here until free listing). Set a time in the future 3 weeks max - don't forget them or they will start automatically.
When you want to upload them, revise the item, go to this section again and click list immediately instead, and when you get to the end you listing should go straight on as normal.
Good luck listing everyone

Thanks, sleepless
Hope you can help with my question above.0 -

If you're scheduling your listings, to then change them to 'start immediately' on the free listing weekend, you can do everything exactly as you'd do it if you were listing to start straight away. So you can start at whatever price, for however many days. It'll show a fee for starting price and 6p for your scheduling but when you change it to start immediately on Sunday, the charges will disappear0 -

Good luck with that, i'm currently in bed eating a party size pack of skips for tea and browsing through netflix to find a film to whack on tonight.....ahem not a lot of prep going on here thenTo top it all off i'm justifying it by the fact i did not pay for the skips (voucher) and need to watch the film so i qualify for cashback on my free trial.
Fingers crossed tomorrow i'll be up ready and raring to list, list, list

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I was just thinking today I need to organise the Netflix free trial to get the cashback. It'll be me next w/end! LOL0 -
Hope you enjoyed the film Sleepless!
I like the idea of the Netflix cashback offer but when the film's being streamed does it cut out at all? Our internet connection here is really wobbly and we frequently lose it. Would really like an extra £15 though!Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Mumof2 -Go for the free trial and just open up Netflix in a different window and set a movie off whilst you are online as normal. I have only actually watched one movie through them but have registered over 7 hours of useage.
If you connection is unreliable, just keep checking that it's still going.0 -
Hi everyone  This is a great challenge and I have been following and been inspired by your progress :T
I'm new to Eb*y and hope I can pick up a bit of advice from the experts!
I sold 6 of the 9 items I listed on the last free listing weekend about 2 wks ago. I've got the bug as I made a bit more money than I anticipated and have hunted around the house for about 25 more things to list this weekend. It's saying I can only list 4. Is there anyway of increasing this so I can list them all this weekend? It says I have restricted sales for 90 days because of being a new but I registered as a seller in July last year and sold 1 item then. ANy help and advice greatly appreciated
