    It's like a spring day here in Devon, so I shall be getting my summer clothes out early this year I think. Catch people before they buy new.
  • its freezing in my part of Devon Hermum! anyway, loved this blog - I have stacks of stuff and yes I do look at it all and think (some days) cant be dealing with that! we have had to do a house clearance due to bereavement and it just seems never ending, along with our own stuff that needs selling - but yes, light at the end of the tunnel, a bag a week puts it in its place! thanx :)

    I've put some summer stuff on and sold it at this time of year too. I find that summer weather is coming earlier and earlier. Also, people know if they have got a wedding coming up or anything like that.

    I'm aiming to list another bag this weekend

    I have a CD with bids on for £14.50 !!! It finishes tomorrow night so I'm at the stage of checking it every half hour lol

    I need to go in the garage and get some "stuff" out that needs to be listed - not an easy task as the garage is full :{

    I should have abaout £30 in my account once this weekend is over and everyone has paid, very pleased with that as its all stuff I would of freecycled

  • Hi everyone well i pulled my finger out 14 items on today and I have got another bag for tomo so fingers Crossed :) I cant wait till the carboots start thats where the real money is. Anyway while putting everything on I got to thinking about how important the title is I words like hippy boho retro (make sure you put retro style in the listing) are sure you all know but thought it was worth saying as I had forgotten.

    Hi

    I have just found this thread and think it would be pefect for me ;-) I think a min of one bag a week but more when possible. Yesterday I listed 11 items and wrapped and put in my newly made ebay box. Want to add a couple today but need to find some things... just want to start clearing 99p aution things first. Unluckly I had a big clearout end of Dec...should of ebayed but too late now. Just need to keep motivated and ebaying weekly.

  • Had a later payer on Ebay which is bit frustrating, they claimed they wanted to pay on collection then didnt turn up! They claimed they got lost but they next called to ask for directions....hmmm
    Anyway I have offered to now post the item, just waiting for payment though.
    I must say its a bit draining to write listing after listing, can anyone suggest a listing template to save time?
    I have decided to save my £££s for a cheap holiday this May. My BF and i found a short stay at pontins for £88 (£44 each) and the money I raise on ebay will go towards spending money. I have already saved £66 in coppers and putting a bit away each month.

    I just wrote up a quick spiel in word and changed the font and size to the same that is used in ebay listings. Then when I list an item, I copy and paste this directly into the listing box and add the bits I need to personalise the item. This still takes time but saves me having to add the bit about combined postage and will accept collection etc.
