The bag goes in the toilet cistern and reduces the amount of water used when you flush the toilet.

Money-saving for those on water meters and environmentally friendly for everyone else, so worth sending off for one.

You can also pick them up from local reservoirs in the severn trent area.

I took an empty 1 litre orange squash bottle and filled it to the brim with water (so no air bubbles at all). Then I placed it in the cistern.

I now save 1 litre on every flush through simple displacement!  ;D

I got some of these for my parents but they told me they use a housebrick! ;D So I gave them to other members of the family.
