Thanks for the tip Andrea. Just got mine.0

I finally received mine on Thursday but they hadn't paid the postage on it so I had to pay £1.71 (71p postage £1 handling charge!!!). I e-mailed them to complain. They replied straight away and I today received a £5 gift voucher as an apology - yay!!

Just received my first water bill since putting these in. Its a good comparison as I'd only just had my last bill when I got them.
This bill is £15.28 less than the one for the same period last year. £30 a year isn't a huge saving but better in my pocket than the water company's I think0 -
hi
i would really like to get one of these but cannot make the link work even when removing the underscore etc
can anyone help?
Thank you0 -
Hiya
The proper url is ok now since the profanity filter's been changed so I've modified my original post.
The actual link is:
https://vault2.secured-url.com/stwatersmart/index.asp
See if it works this time.0 -
Sent off for one, and will see if it works. Don't mind saving water, but I really can't see Severn Trent reducing our water bills though. :-/I'm back after a break :money:0

I tried to apply for one of the save a flush bags but it wouldn't work - I guess because I'm outside the area. ???
However, I contacted Mid Kent Water (I live in Maidstone) and they told me they do give them out to anyone who asks if you are one of their customers - turns out I'm not ( :-[ boy did I feel an idiot!) however, they gave me the email address of Southern Water (my supplier) who sent three in the post on my request - hooray! ;D
It seems that nearly all suppliers will give these bags out for free, but you have to ask first!
Thanks for the idea,
