Don't bother, you'll hardly ever use it.

For anyone in that wants one and you can pick up from South Wales pm me.
I had one of them, it now sits in the garage. I got it use in the winter when it was icy outside. It feels hard to use, I used to get out of breath after 3 mins and was reasonably fit, my lower back also hurt for some reason. I persevered and eventually got up to 15 min sessions, but it was so tiring. I prefer outdoors where I can walk 2 miles in 25 mins. My advice would be to dust of the exercise bike and give it a whirl. It will be much better because it is not a weight bearing exercise.I love my exercise bike, it sits in front of the tv and time just disappears.

I will swap it for its weight in figs if you still want one ;):rotfl::rotfl:
    And finally....Well done

Will see how long my "walking" phase lasts, determind to do something:)

Not a good day yesterday. My little DGD whose is nearly 9 months old, had to go into hospital. She sounds like somebody who has smoked 50 a day for years. Had help with breathing during the night but both DD and DGD had an uncomfortable night. Hoping that she gets a bit better today. It's horrible when babies are poorly as they can't tell you what's wrong. Her breathing was so bad yesterday that she even stopped grizzling and just looked at you. You feel so helpless. icon9.gif

Ah hugs for you and her,I hated it when my DS was little and ill, he had asthma so hospital was a regular occurence. Hope she is on the mend today:)

Morning All , nice here , dry at least .

For al lyou excercise junkies and gurus , surely the cheapest way of excercise is to walk out the front door and keep on walking ,hopefully to somewhere nice , vary the inclines ,enjoy the scenery and take a few lungs of fresh air as well .

    Doesn't cost a great deal .
    Just a thought .
I was young once , now I get older all the time .

a great price but we had a similar one and I had to remove the under shelf as I couldn't sit properly with legs under the table ...it's much more comfy now the shelf has gone .
    Good price tho' .

I do :) Clock up at least six miles a day whatever the weather. Best holiday I had was in the Lakes - just walked and walked...then stumbled across a pub :D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

  • Morning all, just back from T's, I've been keeping my eye on them Cadbury's Olympics selection packs. They've had an sel of £4 since after Xmas and today the sel was not there so I scanned them and they're now £5

    Nothing else to report :(
