Hello guys n gals.
I have not have 2 spare mins all day, I have no idea how to fit everything I need to do into 24 hours.
Respect to all you dieters out there. This is the end of day 2 of SW, i've totally stuck to it, but it is HARD. I really can't imagine doing this for months on end. I've some to the conclusion that fat and sugar free food isn't that tasty.
Stick with it Debs, there are some really tasty SW recipes out there and your tastebuds will change fairly quickly. Ask your consultant about recipes, mine has a big folder that our members have come up with and she emails them to us, or if you have FB(sorry:o) pm me and I can point you in the direction of some support.
Oh and by the way CONGRATULATIONS KARLIE:T:T:T:heart2:Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.:heart2:0 -

Just noticed our cat is sculpting our straight legged coffee table into Queen Anne shaped legs
My mum always said my legs were like 'Queen Anne table legs' because of their shape, I think it's funny, I also love the fact that despite my weight I have always had defined ankles, so I'm happy!Fudge_Cake wrote: »Back....was inspired by Cupcake Wars so I did get my pinny and chefs hat on and this is what I made. Hope you like them
Made with our own fresh hen's eggs and homemade butter
Chocolate and nut cupcake filled with peanut butter and topped with peanut butter and chocolate buttercream frosting.
Vanilla sponge topped with strawberry jam and buttercream frosting.
Vanilla sponge with strawberries, blueberries and oats topped with brown sugar then vanilla & choc buttercream and a strawberry & blueberry garnish, dusted with icing sugar.
Malted cupcake (made with horlicks) topped with malted buttercream frosting.
Lemon cupcake made with fresh lemon juice topped with vanilla buttercream frosting and lemon zest.
And finally rocky road cupcake; chocolate sponge with marshmallow, broken biscuit pieces and chocolate chunks, topped with chocolate buttercream frosting, a melted marshmallow centre and a broken biscuit piece.
FC, PLEASE WOULD YOU OPEN UP THAT BAKERY?!!!!!!!!!

Now I've caught up on a few posts I wanted to say
Well Done Karlie :jStick with it Debs, there are some really tasty SW recipes out there and your tastebuds will change fairly quickly. Thanks very much I appreciate it. I think you are right, my tastebuds will change. I just had some coco pops as a syn, and that has cheered me up, and filled me up. Also half a banana with some fat free greek yogurt and sweeters, which was also nice. I had been craving sweet things, but I really enjoyed those.
I'm going shopping (again) tomorrow to get some more ingredients, and I'm going to try the Chocolatte mousse receipe from the SW website.
hi. My hubby is a bit of a self proclaimed expert on bikes and says don't waste your money on a new one, buy second hand off fleabay.
He has about a dozen.
Evening all! Had a fabulous swim followed by an amazing whoopsie night y freezer is rammed!
Found a leapfrog tag book again, little mermaid. Had a whoopsie sticker
For £2.50ish so I'm sure it will be one of the ones scanning dirt cheap. Still bought it tho lol!
Just wanted to say i'm impressed at how often i've seen you mention going swimming. You must have been loads this week?
I used to do a mile 3 times a week, but I haven't been in the pool since August. Did swim in the sea in Dorset a few times in September.
I'm planning to get back into the pool this weekend.0 -

Now decisions, decisions. I saw a walking/running machine on the grabbit board earlier from T's which is £199 from £399. I'm seriously thinking about it, I've got room for it and have wanted one for ages just don't know whether to go for it or not:cool:I've never jogged and have a dodgy knee but thinking maybe if I started with the walking I could slowly build up to a gentle jog. I'd be too embarrassed to do it on the streets so this seems like the perfect idea:)Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0
