DanielleNik87, the Birmingham museums are out of this world. We went thInktank last week which was a fab day. The other ones are free admission though. Just google them as they have different free activities every day.
Ladyleenie, just had another thought.
Waldorf salad is terrific and super super easy.
One iceberg lettuce shredded fills a big serving bowl then just add celery, apple and walnuts to your mayo dressing and mix together to serve in a lovely mound on your shredded lettuce.
Easy, impressive, vintage and very MSE:T
Just add a nice pair of salad servers!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

this has happened to me in this store a couple of times now - finding just 1 of something randomly - the last time was 1 of each of the sarah smith cloths/wipes as if someone had returned them or just left 1 token item behind, it seems strange! was very happy to find something though, no Christmas sweets or anything else to be seen although i only had time for a quick look.
in case anyone else comes across any of these, the bc ends 4004
I used to work in the centre and remember staff there telling us that their back store's a real mess after xmas so that's when they do their spring clean. They find loads of single items that for one reason or other has been left there, usually just in a cage/basket so at this time of year they all appear. Most of the items were non-scanners at some point or returns that have just been put there by night staff and forgotten about.SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
