    I LOVE my thermal cooker.

Today I had chilli cooked in the slow cooker but my rice was cooked using hardly any electricity.

It is a huge pot that you can use on the stove with a tight lid. You get the contents to a rolling boil then pop it into the outer container which acts as a big thermos. It continues cooking for hours without any additional heat.

It is now cooking my rice pud (it is actually ready now as Oh has just polished a bowl off. Says its like a posh Indian restaurant's one!)

I got mine off eBay for about £35.

I use it all the time for loads of things.

If we go on holiday, I start something off in it then it is ready when we get there!!!

Will now seriously look into getting one of these, anything to save on a bit of electric, and if it makes life easier got to be worth a go.

Will be coming to you for hints and recipes if you don't mind

On the main Grabbit page, there is a Crayola Doodle Daisy - £3.67 from Amazon. A really good price. I just bought one.

Mine is the biggest crock pot in the world. :)
I will post piccie when I've washed it ;)

I got mine with double up vouchers when the crock pot was half price. I can't remember how much I 'paid'. Probably around £25?

    Sorry, I haven't washed it yet:o
