Sorry to hear what happened (((hugs))) I had really bad experience in C*RR**k few months back and it was a nightmare really nasty manageress but I won in end and wiped the smirk of her face ring HO and don't let them get away with it xx

Went out yesterday to T's first time I had been out shopping from last saturday as stomach pains were so bad, coming out with trolley to go to car and because of rain didnt see a hole in carpark and trolley stopped and I didn't near got sliced it two with the handle so pain back worse than ever xxx

SpiralingDown I think a phone call to Customer services is needed. I made a call the other day to confirm with them if DTD is their policy why there is a problem with their staff not giving it straight away and why it takes a number of people and 20 minutes of my time to agreed to it. Got a letter of apology yesterday along with gift card.
