Bad day for me My Grandfather is getting worse with his Alzheimers and today has been horrendous. SEL stated £19.50 but they scanned at £39.97, didn't know this before buying. Went to CS to get DTD, they took forever to get the SEL, I'd told DS to go and make sure they didn't destroy it as they tend to do. CS SA was about to but DS asked her was she looking for the price for the cars so she couldn't deny it was there.
She went to speak to someone out the back, took forever, took SEL and car to show whoever she'd to speak to. She came back to check all of them then stated that there were two different B/Cs and had to go speak to someone again.
Compliance manager came out and stated that I'd only get DTD on the two whose b/c matched the SEL even though appart from this the boxes were identical.
CS SA wanted to know if she could just refund the 2 and sell at SEL price but compliance manager said that it would have to be through DTD but the other 2 would still be full price

Not in good form, having a bad time at the moment, AND got crashed into in the car park while I was in T's (late DH's car) bumper damage but idiot didn't wait and cctv didn't catch it either :mad: and this has just pushed me a bit further and for some stupid reason have spent all evening in tears.
She really made me feel worse than I had felt going in, made me feel embarrassed infront of other customers.

Will be sending them an e-mail in the morning because just too tired to do it not and feel I'll write something stupid.

Can someone clarify should I have got DTD on all of them like I thought I should have?

Oh SD, *hugs* for you too, what a pants day! I would say you would be due DTD but like someone else said I am no expert.
That is awful as well about your car I really do not understand why or how people can do something like that and drive off :mad:

Perhaps we should all stop washing, eating processed food, using conditioners etc , buying diesel, so that the demand goes down? Or on the other hand we should be prepared to pay a price that stops palm oil production being a (literal) cut-throat business?

Sorry,just a bit of food for thought when we see things that are a direct result of all of our vast consumption habits in getting things as cheaply as possible. I sometimes struggle to come to terms with our western demand and its effect on emerging markets.:( I honestly don't know how we can stop this sort of thing:( Join Greenpeace?
