That house may be small, Fuddle but it will be big enough for the four of you and shouldn't cost an arm and a leg to heat. Fingers crossed it all goes well.

It could all go horribly wrong but I can't control it if it does so I'm going with positivity.

No I don't hang around do I . With this I haven't the nerves to not act on something that could work well for us. DH is wrapped up in a whirlwind. He's methodical and likes to take his time so I have taken that away from him but he knows this is a cracking little house that is decorated and up to date. We won't have to sink much money into it at all and that is something rare at the price we're looking at. So small it is but it's more than doable. Thank you for sharing in my good news.
