To all these folks nervous about meeting their nemesis in Boots, I'd say complain to the manager and complain to customer services. (Numbers in FAQ on first page).

If customer service don't give you any help, go higher up to the customer service manager etc.

Don't accept poor service or rude behaviour from someone serving you. But just don't be rude yourself when you complain.

Have to say, all bar two of the staff in my local are absolutely lovely. I've had run-in's before but don't let it bother me.

For anyone with school kids who is skint but wanting to top up their spend to get a voucher - these are on 2 for £2 at the moment. Smells quite nice to me but apparently not a smell liked by unwelcome hair visitors!

I had to go in for a prescription today & had a great haul

printed off 5 x 250 points on mens botanics & bought 5 x shave gels/ deodrants reduced to 68p each
2 x reduced sanctuary face cream reduced to £2.25 each (used 100 points on sanc from ac)
free sanc bag. till wouldnt accept ny £2 sanc voucher from wrap though

2 x no7 suncare @ £7.50 & free wrap - used voucher leaving £2.50 to pay

spent £10.50 got another £5 voucher & got 1200 points back on card.

Also got 2 x face body massagers for £4.99 each & used my vouchers to pay for them

many thanks for all the tips since the 6 for1 glich but i have just been into my local boots st helens most of the no 7 sun care range is half price and bogof so i got 4 glossy hair spritzers 2 lip shimmers plus free wrap for £3.75 also using no 7 voucher hth sorry x post i went in bigger store this morning were it was half price called at retail park on way home knew nothing about it they called up larger store got it comfirmed and started to reduce stuff cs showed me list there was some roc stuff and mf
