Yeh I noticed this just too - theres also 300 extra points if you buy any two No7 products off boots.com (but I doubt if that will be instore too)

you could get two £1.50 no7 tan wipes if they sell them online & get 300 points (could just add to a order you were already making)

anyone know if the lancome gift offer is still going...ta
Its due to finish next thursday and then the clinique one stats on the 22nd .IF you buy instore they give you a choice between 2 bags- one floral one pink and between 2 different moisturisers .I took the anti aging .

NO7 ONLINE - 3 FOR 2 IS NOT ON IF YOU ADD THREE ITEMS IT CHARGES YOU FOR 3. IT IS AN EXTRA 300 POINTS WITH ANY PURCHASE.

Not only is the No7 free gift out of stock on boots.com but I've just added 3 Naturally Sunkissed lotions to the basket and its not giving the 3 for 2 but it is adding 300 points...

What reason did you give for returning botanics stuff as my local Boots won't let you return anything without a receipt! It gets soo embarrassing.

Bought as part of mum's Xmas hamper but she didn't want to change from Olay!
I also returned some sun cream saying DD had come out in a rash with the face stuff whilst skiing so wasn't going to chance the sun cream.

Tell them you've called Cs about the rash and they told you to bring the other item back. HTH

I've been told to ask for receipt from whoever gave me gift! :rolleyes2
They seem to cover everything by saying they can't resell even if it is sealed
If you say you had a reaction to it there is a form you have to fill out with all your details customer services told me :o :undecided Takes about 10 minutes!!! 10 MINUTES under the scrutiny of the NO 7 SA !!!! :wall: :wall:
    HELP!

I didn't fill in a form - just took my name and address and some details

Im too scared to go back into Boots now, have just come home from town and was on my way for some bootsing, but chickened out and got the bus home instead. Its the horrible sa who thinks she knows it all, im afraid of getting cornered by her (i had a psycho no.7 sa stalking me last year and it was months before i was brave enough to go back in). I still have 2 no.7 vouchers, a sanctuary voucher and i hate going into town on a saturday.
    What can i do?:o

Unless we start swopping vouchers with each other, if anyone else is up for it? I wish i could use points and vouchers online though:mad:

Another :grouphug: to everyone who has to be served by horrid staff, especially poor Melon, that sounds like the psysho no.7 sa i saw last year.

    .

I think you should forget about the fact this is boots and remember that as a person you deserve to go where you want and be treated in a curteous manner.I wouldnt let anyone bully me in an situation or intimidate me. I would definately go back in- feel good about yourself - and start afresh.Dont expect to go in and have any conflict and if any does occur - rise above it.If someone is being cheeky to me I always smile at them- it usually difuses the situation and makes me feel better. But dont expect problems just take the situation as it occurs. Your better tackling it now than let it carry on- you will feel better. If problems do occur you know that you can deal with them and take the matter futher- but you are best getting the situation resolved by yourself. If she starts on you again try just telling her calmly that you feel she is victamising you and how you feel about it- might just make her think.

I tend to smile at rude ppl, because it confuses them... sometimes if it's because they're just having a rubbish day (previous customers could've been horrible all morning) then a smile softens them, but generally if they're horrible and act sniffy with me then it annoys them if you disregard it for a cheeky grin. Still go beetroot though! :D
