I would recommend that you send a simple letter just for the account closure and a seperate letter (if you choose) for the complaint. That way there is no excuse for the letters not to be placed in the correct workflow.I'll arm myself with a strongly worded letter!

I'd send Opinions4u's letter, you never know they may compensate you for your time. Go in all guns blazing and they wont though.0

many staff members arent aware as it wasnt well communicated but Cardcash accounts if under 18 must be closed in branch.
However you state you want a visa debit branded account, if you were to phone and say you lost your card you will find that the new card is Visa debit (changed in september)0
