Then the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.

Hmm, might be a bit subtle for me :o Is it from the Old Testament? Or perhaps the Koran or something? Would you care to elaborate? Are you meaning our days are numbered and we should live for now etc?

An interesting point of view (if that is what you are meaning) - but I don't need to buy a lot of 'stuff' as that isn't really me (unless you mean bits and pieces of old china :o) - I would really rather carry on being a bit frugal, as I always have tbh, and be able to help my kids and grandchildren out now and then :) OH sometimes disagrees :rotfl:

And I don't kid myself that OH and I will get any benefits etc when we are (even) older, so we probably need to allow for other eventualities too

Choices we each have to make for ourselves I guess :)

    not gonna happen :D :rotfl:

    How is everyone?

Rubber sided freezer - hmm, still issues there. Might end up putting another one in the garage :o I will try not to though!

Work marginally better at the moment. Even got a small bonus :j - which I will share among the kids as I don't need it for a OP :D

Spam :rotfl::rotfl: gave him the benefit of the doubt - saw him off though didn't it :rotfl:Can't you just tell I work with some VERY annoying people :D

C&G finally got around to drawing the cheque yesterday
    - hope they aren't thinking of charging me interest for all that time it has been in their possession

Currently pondering what to do about the mortgage term insurance... should I ditch it? Or not? What do you think??
