Bad presentation of property on internet

    Price is the most important thing, not to say marketing should be poor, but you could have the nicest photos and floorplan, the whole package, but if the house is overpriced, it won't attract anyone.

    I fully agree, especially in this tough market, Estate Agents should have professional photos, 3d Floorplans, the whole lot, as it only enhances a property.

    Agents should sell their services better, but ultimately sellers should do their research on an agent before they pick them as well.

    Invarably the agents that offer the best marketing pacakge will be that bit more expenisvie, but you get what you pay for.

    This is so. Today there are so many properties on the market and many compete with the same price but the potential of each property is different; that is where the presentation is needed. Prices rose in my street but not evenly even for similar flats. The increase in property value depended on the potential of the flat.

    3d floor plans can be effective
