Bad presentation of property on internet

A photo should attract the buyer who is looking for that property, but this does not happen because it needs a skill to show in pic what advantage it has and how it is different from another.
Many properties do not show their potential in the photos, and this is a pity they loose value . Some flats have exceptional views and double aspects and huge windows which one cannot show on the small pic. Some houses are on hill tops and have have gardens with breathtaking views which buyers do not know.
There have been stunning renovations in many blocks but these are not shown as they should be and the real building shows better than the photo. Especially the landscaping plays a role. A good investor knows where the potential is from a photo.
I notice that many descriptions of some property are not attractively worded."I'll be back."0 -

Just for one pic and floor plan? The plan does not cost that much to order. The street view is important, because one can see the entrances which are important; and the state of the roof. But some of that stretview is 2 years old and does not show changes. My SView shows a bad tree that has now been cut and the roof in better condition than it is now.."I'll be back."0 -
Lots of vague promises about other stuff, but thats it so far.
I assumed the picture was a proper photograph, rathern than nabbed of street view.0 -

I hear now from my EA this agrument: What is important now is the price of property whereas the presentation is secondary. Do you think that is so?
Several EAs told me this: they price property in a bracket which catches the incomes of buyers looking in that specific area with job access to the centre; and the prices are squashed down. They say that buyer wants only a second small bedroom for a lodger to help with mortgage, so double rooms are not necessarily a big asset. I am not sureabout that. However, that does not hold entirely because there have been families with children seeking 2 bed flats."I'll be back."0 -
Blackpool
I'm not entirely impressed, but, what does one do?
They cancelled the second and third estate agents viewing and signed up with the first there and then.0
