Make sure the paving slabs on the patio are level. If they wobble, it is a bit of a put off.

:eek:My patio paving slabs wobble, I bought the house last year:eek::eek:

  • One thing I would say about any further viewings is put all personal photos in the bottom of the wardrobe - you want it to feel like their house, not yours. It won't feel like theirs if there are pictures ogf your family everywhere.

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton

Just had feedback from the agent - she 'absolutley loved the house' but unfortunately 'didnt like the area' - they live in the area!

We had a set of viewers once who told the EA they didnt like the front steps, all well and good but it was advertised as a 3 storey house and all the photographs showed steps to the front door.
You just can't win with some folk.

I had a chat with the EA, I think the problem is that there is too much to chose from ATM.

Are you serious, or is this a wind-up?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
