    price,,and price only..if its wrong then you are waiting for a mug and they are in short supply at the moment unlike previous years
    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    Good luck, I had no viewers for about 4 months then 2 came in the same day and 1 of them bought for the asking price, so you just need the right person to show up.

    The price is fine - 3 house sold in the area sold between 10-25k above mine.

    Hey guys!

    Went very well, they had a brochere in hand and they asked ALOT of questions - she said my house was 'beautifully finished'

    The good thing is they live very close by (they are renting) so they know the area is good. I hope this is the one!

    She complimented you? In that case she's not interested. Interested buyers kick the tyres and then score points. They want to get the price down. Sorry.
