The till then gave me another voucher for 150 points on a £5 spend and I got the £15 worth of points on my card - so I went back got another 6 mascaras used the 200 point voucher and the 150 points voucher as well - so I now have a rather lovely fund on my boots card and 9 mascaras I will keep 2 and most likely use the others in little pamper hampers as pressies later in the year
Thanks Mothership for reminding me the money on my card will also work for me as well I hadn't thought about that !!! :T:T:T
I bought them online, I was quite happy with the deal, but well done you, that was a great boost to your points :T:T:T
Make every penny work for you. And do your utmost to keep the profit in one of your purses, at least then you have a cushion. I like to think of the 3rd Purse as the Bank that never says no, its always good for a loan:) I used some of my 3rd purse money last year to fill up my freezers with DR meat, I'm glad I did, we are eating better than we ever did.1st Purse £114.19 Monthly GB:rotfl::j:wave::j:rotfl:

Right been into C0-op today as the milk situation was getting dire, the 9 rolls of toilet roll are on offer till the 28th Feb (dont know if anyone posted the offer date)
Haagendaz will be going on half price but is not yet live. I saw it on the tv, and they mentioned the 14th so not sure if thats the day the offer goes live or the date it finishes  have got my free paper today so im hoping there is a flyer in there to tell me
I was a bit naughty on my shop as I bought sausages and bacon that were reduced (we dont have any meat left!!! I had too!!) plus ham, potatoes and parsnips as again we were completely out and when you dont eat any other staple item they were a bit of a necessity. I am justifying this by saying I only did a top up shop on the weekend anyway so was entitled to a mini shop making it into a big shop :rotfl: (I may have to just copy and paste this part to DF by Xmas :rotfl:)
If I have got the c0-op leaflet in the paper I will post up all the 'deals' that are in it so that Kerri can check it against the spreadsheetSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -

Thanks for that..... they work out a bit cheaper than the Kirkl@nd C0stc0 ones now so I'll go and bag a load when I get paid on WedsMothership, you are truly fabulousthat must have taken an age to type out
[..abridged..]
Right off to copy and paste into word
Absolutely thanks Mothership :T
If anyone is copying and pasting Mothership's kindly typed out lists of superfoods and has a smartphone, if you paste into either G00gle docs or into Evernote you can access it while you're out at the shops tooOr you can drag the Word doc into Dr0pbox. All these offer free storage and have free smartphone apps.
jakes-mum I totally agree about bananas. Horrible things... it's the texture I can't stand, the flavour I quite like. My nan used to eat banana sandwiches .... eurghhhh! And honestly, what is the point of cucumber? It doesn't taste of anything to me... just water in a green wrapper?? And I prefer raw carrots too than cooked ones. And cauliflower. Raw cauli is far better than cooked0 -
Finally spotted a deal
Oh and if you want it to be like the spreadable stuff, just leave it out for a bit and use less of it
The spreadable is just airated to make it easier to spread, sooo not worth the money as you don't get anymore for your buck. Almost bought a butter dish the other day, slapped hand and said noooooo.

Better on wholemeal bread than white, and divine when the banana has a bit of honey and cinammon mixed in with it
It's actually a brilliant combination for a runner needing to refuel on a long outing, so it's making it's way back onto my meal plan these daysCheryl0 -

Thanks for the tip - I have a smart phone have no clue with google docs so will have to investigate
Strange things bananas - I decided three years ago I didn't like the taste of them and so stopped eating them - then a couple of months ago I ate one and loved them again - been buying reduced ones and making banana muffins0 -
Ok I think I'm becoming quite disillusioned with the supermarkets
Is anyone else having a hard time trying to work out where the decent offers are? I've just looked through mr T, mr A, and mr W on mysupermarket and I can't see any real offers
am I missing something? All I keep thinking is "well that looks too expensive..." or "I saw that cheaper last week..." it's making it hard to update the current good offers
all I can see is Shreddies in Mr T
I have to agree with you. :T I can't see many REAL offers and when I think back to what prices were not so long back, I am staggered.! When I went shopping in Mr*S# last night they were selling Ca#tor Sugar for £1.95 or £1.99 a bag, I think this is shocking! Normal gran#lated sugar is half the price and I think they are just doing this because they know more people are trying to bake at home now. The same thing with flour, the prices are shocking. I also think they believe we have forgotton what cereal used to cost and this £3 to£4 a box thing now is disgraceful. sorry
Nice as it is to have offer (of sorts) on B#ked Beans and T#ilet Rolls, the nation cannot live on those. :rotfl::rotfl:Just had a funny thought:rotfl::rotfl: Maybe because we often see Baked Beans on offer they think they should put T Rolls on offer as well.
I will not be shopping today:o:o:o unless it is to pick up some Toilet Rolls on offer at Mr*C#. I won't bother with the Baked Beans because I don't really like them:)Sealed Pot Challenge 7 Member 022 :staradmin:staradmin:staradmin
