Well I remembered that SB had given me a £5 rainforest voucher and mr honeybee (nectar) had given me a £2.50 rainforest voucher. so I thought what the 'eck and have ordered 20lt of fab conditioner for £6.43 after the vouchers have been removed
So 560 washes for £6.43 equals 1.1p a wash and it's environmentally friendly, vegan and smells yummy
I did check that it doesn't expire before I bought it, oh and I have used it before. Just wait until the OH hears about this one... oh and when the parents hear it's being delivered to their house!!! hahahahahaha
Oh and edwardia I have looked up about it separating, and to stop it you just put 1/2 cup of hot water in, shake and it should be fineDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Everso sorry everyone I neglected to update the offers last night as I was winning money on bingo. I came out £110 up
that's not including the cashback, so all in all pretty pleased with myself for that one.
I did update Mr S last night and removed any out of date offers... you'll see the third sheet now with any gone off offersAbsolutely gutted I missed the doggy loo roll offer though that would have been a tidy prize as my housemate buys it all the time boo. I shall try to update the with anymore today for you all
Please feel free to update yourselves as well.
Oh my, I've just worked out that at my current rate of washing, if I buy 20 litres of fab conditioner, it'll last me 10 years! I do one wash a week, 20 litres is about 560 washes. Do I buy or is that a bit mad?

They're on the spreadsheet, I was updating it so it might have been filtered when you went onto it. Are you not able to view the spreadsheet?

I said I would update when I had used my 1st portion of Donald Russell minced steak.
My thoughts so far:-
Hardly any blood came out of it when it was defrosted.
Browned beautifully - cheap mince seems to "grey" not brown
The liquid I poured off after dry frying (not a lot) set into a very tiny amount of fat and the rest set into a jelly - just like REAL meat juices used to!! Cannot say I have had that happen for years. I NEVER bought the cheapy cheap mince, but the liquid that came off it used to remain grey liquid and fat, it never set.
The packets of minced steak are 440g as opposed to my usual 500g but seemed to go further, I always use loads of fresh veggies anyway, but one pack made 3 lasagnes that would feed 2 normal appetites each.
I paid £22 for 8 packs with free P&P so £2.75 per pack.
If I got 6 meals out of a pack, I make that just over 45p per meat portion!!
I say IF because I could eat half a cow on my own and still be looking around for afters:rotfl::o
Now fingers crossed it tastes as good as it looks and smells!0 -

Baby grandson (22 months) and I have just eaten our lasagne - it was indeed gorgeous and very "meaty"......a much more substantial texture (chewy but in a good way) than my usual Sainsbods stuff.
The ony downside was a small grisly bit in my portion but I am phobic about such things, and I think most folks would have just chewed and not (or hardly) noticed.
And the baby loved it, and ate every morsal of a large and very vegetable laden portion :T0
