I am the same.......just cannot resist adding to my stash!!

My pile of 25p Colgate from Sainsbobs keeps growing, I already had enough toothpaste for a year or more before I started buying that :rotfl:

I have resisted adding more dishwasher tablets but only because I just cant fit anymore on my shelves......:o

And since my fave deod has been on offer for £1 in Sainsbods, I must have enough for at least a year.......closer to 2 ;)

ooh tell me more - how do you get the toothpaste for 25p? not that I'm tempted obviously...............
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

I have just finished my second month of second pursing. It took me that long to get my head round it but I am still not convinced about the way I am doing it.
this is my way of doing the SP and i would be grateful if anyone thinks "oh no that won't work". I make a list of what I use from my shop and at the end of the month add it all up. I am working out a price for everything and dividing it between the second and third purses. Does this make sense and is it likely to work?

fozziebear are sainsbobs still selling the 25p toothpaste? I bought a few (!) just after the jubilee. is anywhere selling dishwasher tablets cheap at the moment? I have just opened my last box:eek:

It's the Colgate in the vintage packaging, 75ml, was £1 and now 25p. There is a thread somewhere on MSE about it. My little Sainsbods didnt have it at 1st, but they have now re-stocked it 3 or 4 times that I have seen.

My (little) Sainsbods has restocked the 25p Colgate several times, so it is still around!

Tastes milder to me and I much prefer it to the very strong varieties.

I am still seeing the Finish Classic Powerball dishwasher tablets in 99p Store and Poundland now and again, 15 in a box which I think is great.

I alternate with Wilkos 30 for £1.00 :T ones I got a while back, they are 5 in 1 and work very well, I got them on offer, but I think FULL PRICE was less than £2 anyway......def worth a try.

    Morning everyone,

2nd purse is top-heavy at the moment as I hardly bought any stock last month but used a fair bit of stock which I've paid back in for. I am currently over by £16.32.

However, I will be placing a DR order today so that will use up a fair bit ;) We had their pork chops last night and they were AMAZING. I look at SM meat now and dont' feel like buying it. Just doesn't taste the same.

Only recent purchase for my shop were 2 x olive oil in Ts yesterday. Need to get some washing liquid during the week as down to the last 2 bottles (14 washes in each) so I have a little time. Going to Co$tco on Tuesday so will stock up on Pep$i max as I had the last can yesterday :( Might also get a box of crisps to last the summer holidays ;)

Hey everyone! Just checking in to say that I still love the SP! My sp limit is now £70, and I will keep adding £10 until the limit is £100. Have tried to cut back on what I buy lately as I have no space anywhere! But I did have a bit of a splurge on YS items in Mr T's last week :p I am now afraid to open my freezer as it's so full! Should have a bit more money to transfer into the 3rd Purse this week :T

    Hi to all the newbies!
    2nd Purse #036 £46.69/£50.00 :) 3rd Purse £30.02
