    dont forget that house prices can go down as well as up, rightmove reckon there wa a 2.6% drop last month, that is gonna hurt as most people 'gear' their investment on a house, i.e borrow money to buy one.

    Looks like they've dropped to £102k and are offering cashback fo rthe ground rent and maintenance on top.
    Quite a big drop. New EA has decided to drop the narrow bedroom and go for 3 photos, outside, kitchen, lounge.
