In terms of wide angled lens pictures, all it did was confirm that my place was much the same size as others which 'looked' bigger. I'm not sure about you but where I am it is only properties over a certain price that are provided with floorplans.

Why don't you post up how much you'll accept VG, it isn't looking likely that you're going to be getting any more then that, if you can even manage to hit your target.

I also doubt that anyone who might be interested in your flat will be visiting here, but if they did the thread title "problems selling" & all of the other blurb would prompt them into offering less anyway.

Some of you just don't think.

On with the second agent yet VG?
I know I mentioned before how much of a difference our second agents made - we had 2 viewings in 5 weeks with EA1, then 7 in a week with EA two, and sold just over a week on after going on with EA2.
EA2 is on the other side of the high street to EA1 - bonkers!!

So, I hope it all works out for you - especially with the Bubba on the way (my wife is 22 weeks atm).

Hi Prutter, we are in the process of going on with EA 2 at the moment. They came round on Saturday and took the pictures and were going away to write up the description etc etc and send us the info and the contract so just waiting for it to come through then I can go up to the office, provide the relevant ID and get it on the market again (im hoping by the end of this week).

35 weeks now so only 5 weeks left, we have every vision we will be in the apt at that point so that all ok as space has been made lol and luckily so far ive not got stressed so to speak over not selling, a little annoyed maybe but not stressed enough to bring on early labour :rotfl: Im kind of in the place right now where i'm like ''if it sells thats wicked but if not we can not do anything about it, and will live with what we have, there are lots of people worse off than us in the world!'' so I think Im pretty chilled all round considering im going to be in the biggest amount of pain ever in the very near future :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
