But you wouldn't say the same had he been a supporter of the Far Right, would you? I see no reason to believe his judgement is any better now than it was then.

But he wasn't. So what is your point exactly?
Oh, so they just pretended it didn't happen while generally approving of Chinese agrarian reform, is that the idea? I've heard some misreable excuses but as an example of the Left's selective moral blindness that's one of the best.

I suspect that's actually what happened, similar to how the crimes of the Stalinist regime were also ignored by Communists over here, and how the discriminatory policies of the Hitler regime were ignored by the right wing press here during the 1930s.
You sneered at Road Hog's perfectly reasonable point that they do, indeed, have a political edge.

Actually I was sneering at the rest of his conspirational nonsense - rants about the Bilberberg group are bread and butter for the irrational conspiracy theorist.

    2) I don't have any agreement with Communism/Maoism, but I suspect the reason it is a little more acceptable is that on a theoretical basis it doesn't involve the racial discrimination and superiority of Facism.

    Communism isn't fascist? Oh really.

    Fascism
    a. A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.

So, erm Stalin, he wasn't a communist fascist then? The answer to that is yes he was. And Pol Pot, another fascist. Mao Tsetung, another fascist.

All, who were dictators and communists who suppressed opposition through terror and censorship.

In fact virtually every fascist leader has been some sort of communist. These people killed far more people (especially of their own) then any right wing leader has.

Okay, which part of the Denis Healey (founding member of the Bilderbergers) quote about one world governments are you disputing?
