I think you give politicians' far too much credit to get anything like this organised.
You assume that the politicians are the ones in control.

As I said many people are 'programmed' and conditioned to believe that anything happening like this is a conspiracy theory. It is very effective, because no one wants to look stupid or a 'nutter'. It works in much the same way as the racism label, people don't speak out against immigration for fear of being branded a racist. It is effective at silencing any dissent.
    Very true.

In a rare unguarded moment, Blair commented that 'they' (his word, not mine), were "using the Holocaust to silence critics of the EU".

His comment was reported (as part of a larger, more general article), in the Daily Telegraph ... but only once. It was never referred to ever again.

Actually, it is driven by a number of organisations. The EU, which is run by a Mao communist (Barroso, check his Wiki entry if you don't believe me), NGOs, QUANGOs, Think Tanks and most of the large charities that are political now.

Oh, and by the way, anyone that dismisses the One World Government/NWO/Globalist ambitions and the Bilderbergers, would do well to read this quote.

"The notion of a Bilderberg person hasn't changed since the earliest days, back in 1954, when the group was created by Denis Healey, Joseph Retinger, David Rockefeller and Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands"

"This is how Denis Healey described a Bilderberg person to me: "To say we were striving for a one-world government is exaggerated, but not wholly unfair. Those of us in Bilderberg felt we couldn't go on forever fighting one another for nothing and killing people and rendering millions homeless. So we felt that a single community throughout the world would be a good thing."

Of course, people will continue to refuse to believe this and dismiss it as a conspiracy theory, even when it is printed in a Left wing newspaper by one of the founding members and not on some 'Right wing' nutter blog.

What does it take to convince some people, do they need it tattooed (backwards) on their forehead and shoved in front of a mirror.
  • I find the figures unbelievable especially in relation to the amount of Eastern Europeans who have flooded in with all their sprogs.
For example 1/3 of the population in Wisbech is Eastern European 2/3 Peterborough is made up of foreigners as is in Luton, Milton Keynes etc.
All asylum should be stopped because most come in from Europe and claim asylum here just for the benefits.

If you are not born here you should not be entitled to free health care, free schools, housing or benefits of any kind.
That would whittle out the spongers

  • After I started the opening post yesterday I really did have more to say on the subject, but it was a busy day for me and it seems as if White_horse has articulated my thoughts better than I could:)

It is bad enough that in the UK there are 100,000's of people(UK residents or immigrants) living lifestyles on welfare where you would need £35k to £60k jobs to give you the same standard of living.

But to be handing over Billions to foreigners in these tough times is just wrong

What exactly are you taking issue with in what he posted? Barroso was, openly, a Maoist. It's not disputed. Similarly, most NGOs, quangos etc are indeed politically driven.

It's pretty dumb to mock a factually correct post.

You talk to old Peterborough folk from the 50's to 70's and they talk about there city with great affection. Hillards and Sheltons, the posh, baker perkins and Frank perkins, and all the cyclists going to and from work, The Posh, and all the local social clubs.

The Italians moved in siazble numbers but fitted in well, as did a few Hindus. It did annoy a few people with all the London overspill moving in.
But Peterborough today, even the old Dogsthorpe oldies hate the place now, horrible place these days.

What do you propose for all the "spongers " who are born here?.

I dislike all spongers whether they are born here or moved here, what we need is consistancy and fairness not Right wing sh1te...
