Bought a bottle of this in Asda on Friday for £4. Haven't tried it yet.

I must ask - I just click on the emailed link from the notifications (you can either have daily or instant) and it gets me here, wherever the glitch has moved the thread.....how come so many of you have issues where it is to be found?

I just thought I would share the joy: Aldi has started building in the village (ahem, market town)! Yippieh!

Yesterday in Aldi - Complete Book of Port 'book'. It contains a set of port samplers of different vintages in tall glass vials. Makes a classy looking gift for £20. Looks good on outside and to see contents search down this page:

You're right, of course, that you can have email notifications or just subscribe if you want to keep up with a thread.

Unfortunately by being moved from the main board there's little 'passing trade' so fewer new people posting or picking up any tips.

Somebody has to click the "Report" button and ask to move the thread back. I did it last time and the thread was moved back.

    Anyone?

Got some lovely leather gloves in Aldi today for £6.99. Never sure whether to put stuff like that on this thread as it's in the groceries section. Should mention that they came up a bit on the large side. I normally wear M-L gloves and bought S-M.

Also really like the Marc de Champagne truffles. They do two different types, prefer the cheaper ones at £1.99 per box. Smooth and creamy with a lovely blast of alcohol.
