If any of you are still able to find some Waygu beef burgers in your Aldi's, I can highly recommend! Also the ducks, priced at £7.49.0

Seconded. Managed to get some of these at my local Aldi on Thursday.
Also the men's pyjamas - sold out round here but were in last week's catalogue are lovely and just £8.99 per pair if they are still available in anyone's local store. DH bought both pairs and they are good material and nice colours. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Or try with vodka and milk/cream over ice and you have an indulgent White Russian cocktail.0 -

The Lidl Deluxe Supremely Nutty Muesli is excellent.
It has been on offer at £1.79, but the usual £1.99 is still very good.

I've recently started going to Aldi and Lidl.
From ALDI I recommend :
* Plain / self raising flour. I usually buy Tesco value one which is the same price (45p) but Aldis packaging looks cute and doesn't feel economy
*Dreamy chocolate bars. Tastes a lot like milkyway .
* Dominion chocolate eclairs/toffee . Bargain at that price , 33p I think and you do get a lot.
* chocolate digestives. Taste somewhat similar to Mcvites . At half the price of branded ones they are a good buy.
* cheese spread triangles . Very similar to laughing cow.
Don't reccomend:
* Rich tea biscuits .Cardboard taste. Not good at all.
* Oaties . supposed to be like hobnobs but they have a strange taste.
* chocolate buttons. The chocolate has a weird taste at first.
LIDL
reccomend :
* rich tea biscuits . Although a bit dry , these are a really good copy of mcvites .
* lidls version of frosties. Pretty good and taste similar to the real thing.
* tinned pineapple. Really sweet, taste good.
* Harvest morn mashed potato . similar to smash although doesn't turn out as creamy but still good value .
* Fin care hazelnut chocolate bar. Really nice
Not a fan of either Aldi or Lidl garlic bread. Tastes too oily and salty. Prefer Tesco/ Asda or Sainsbury's.
I love the Aldi Oaties, to each their own. Echo your recommendations, too. The flour, especially.
I don't use the Lidl mashed potato, and Aldi doesn't do one, but I do use Smash from Heron for mash and Duchesse potatoes. I like to add mustard and a bit of grated cheese to the mash, especially Aldi's wholegrain mustard and grated parmesan, to this, it really does make an incredible difference. I can't eat the mash without it.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage."
