WOW WOW WOW WOW WAGYU BEEF AT ALDI!!!!!!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Fathers Day special on sale from Thursday 12th June, 227g Rib Eye £6.99 or 227g Sirloin £6.99 UNBELIEVABLE bargain, already making room in the freezer, if you do not know what Wagyu beef is ask Mr Google and do try it, I have had it a couple of times and it is usually 3,4 or even 5 times this price, Mr T and co must be livid, GOOD!

Not been on the forum for a while, we now shop at Aldi and nowhere else, no more to say on the subject we are more than happy with everything!.

I did an Aldi comparison shop this week. My full shop on Sunday at Aldi was £67. Using Tesco's online shopping the equivalent shop was £109.

I only use Tesco or Asda now for Mullerlight yoghurts, Pepsi, Lenor and Ariel Washing Liquid.

I'll try to get some Wagyu beef but have a feeling it will be mooooving (!) out the doors pretty sharpish !

    I've been Money Tipped!
I have been eyeing this up but more for the yoghurt function, I have a Panasonic breadmaker that is used most days (well, I actually have 2 but we won't go into that).

And rice wine?? Do you think you'd try making either of those?

Does seem like a bargain for £30 though.

Does anyone have the ice cream maker?

Unlikely to try either, sorry. 2nd loaf not as good as first, but think that was more to do with a dodgy recipe.

Son is desperate for me to try to make jam in it as there is a jam function. I just bought it for bread!

I personally don't like yoghurt but in our house the Aldi yoghurts (similar pot to Muller Light) go down really well.

I think Lidl has the branded Mueller yoghurts but I don't buy them so don't know if they have light.

Lidl used to have Sesame crispbreads but they've changed to much in their ranges recently that I can't be 100% on this now. They were a decent cheap replacement for Ryvita.

Not sure if Lidl do equivalent to Heinz ketchup and Daddies sauce. Do they? And are they any good?

p.s. is there a Lidl online product list with prices? And one for Aldi? I know Lidl isn't on my supermarket and only a few of Aldi products and that is where I ususally check.

For those asking above, I would highly recommend the Lidl Milbona ProViact youghurts especially the vanilla, excellent and doesn't have that slimey goo on top like some brands.

    Thanks
