Husband has the men's running tights/pants from this week's specials - they're good apparently. I think they're a tad... revealing. So did the lady at the gym tonight.

My Aldi chilli plants and mixed planter that I got for Mother's Day are doing very well.

I donated the Aldi dark choccy rabbit that I bought as a raffle prize so that temptation didn't overwhelm me. I know from last year how nice these are.

Can't remember if I said how nice the Specially Selected Maris Piper Oven Chips were - well, they are. Huge chunky, crisp golden chips that are the nicest I've had outside a restaurant. Quite possibly, they are the same as I've had in a restaurant...

I've got Jack Monroe's budget cookbook, as mentioned previously, and just compared the costs of cooking a budget dish for 2 people with Aldi ingredients as against Sainsburys. (Jack's Creamy Salmon Pasta with a Chilli Lemon Kick). This feeds 2 people for around 70p.

Where I could make a direct comparison with the cost of ingredients I did so. Even using Sainsbury's Basics range, I was still able to save 18p on the cost of the dish by using Aldi ingredients. I've made this dish twice now, and it really is worth doing.

the bob martin dog flea stuff was the same price for the twin packs for large dogs as the single pack for small dogs, but its the same thing with same batch numbers, so I got the twin packs and just use one at a time.

You'd be better off buying Flevox, much cheaper and more effective at 99p a shot!
