  • LOL Pigpen - what is it with kids and poo?? My DD has enjoyed paddling in her own poo on many occasions. It smells like toxic waste though so either she has no sense of smell or is just very strange.

Today, DS had been sick in his bouncer but before I could go over there to clean it up my DD decided to do it for me by scooping it up and eating it.

    Bleurgh!

Just managed to clean all of upstairs, it just needs a hoover now. Living room needs a tidy and floor cleaning.

Leaving kitchen as we have the plumber coming tomorrow to fit the sink (its only been in the cupboard for 6 months!!) Woooohooo!!

You know what....I'm not even attempting to fly until Monday :p I'll do dailies and catch up with the ironing but thats IT! I haven spent the night scrubbing at the hob though, getting all those horrible burnt on bits off. Still got some to go but it's almost spotless...or at least as much as it can be since this is a rental place and previous tenant(s) were pigs!

Oh well, off to scrub while listening/watching CSI (Vegas) on Five US ;)

Well not much done yesterday. I went to the market planning on buying mince, gammon ham, joint for sunday, tray of chicken breasts and came away with gammon ham. He had sold our of chicken, small van so unable to do the mince and no pork! Did not fancy going to the local butchers as its fairly unclean in there (and thats the areas you can see, dread to think what the back of the shop is like)

House got quick hoover, swish and swipe and that was it. I felt lousy, no symptoms just really tired. Took dd2 to bed for sleep and I went to bed too - DH off work with chest infection so he was downstairs with DD1. Had 2 hours sleep, brought DD2 downstairs and I promptly fell asleep for another hour. I still feel shattered now so wonder if I have a virus or something  that or the stress of selling the house is getting to me:eek: .

This is my 1 in 4 weekend off so we are off to Cambridge today to buy paint for girls room when we move. Going out for lunch too as treat. Also going to try and join Bookers via the toddler group I am treasurer for.

    As for flying this weekend:-

Swished & Swiped Kitchen - DONE
    Put wash on
    Put BM on
    Cook off Chicken drumsticks
    Do ironing
Mow lawn (well tiny bit off patio - the rest of the 100ft lawn can wait!)
    Sort shed out
Get local removal chap round today for quote (hopefully he will be half of what we have been quoted so far)

No uniforms here as only 1 little at preschool. Glad she is going back next week as this half-term and their being poorly has really got me disorganised. Hoping to hear our purchaser is happy with the survey next week so that the packing can commence. My plan is to pack up as much as possible in the room of the day "a la flylady".

Moggins - hope your feeling better soon, please remember to look after yourself. You seem to look after everyone else and forget about yourself, I guess its a Mum thing we are all guilty off.

    Happy flying all.

Oh and kids with poo, my DD decided to poo all over the cream carpet in the upstairs playroom a few week ago. Thank goodness I still had my friends carpet cleaner is all I can say. I have now ordered a vax spot scrubber!
